Matt Jones started KLM in 2007 but built his first home in 1997.  He was also a UTA graduate with a bachelors in Science and Education and as a teacher he taught physics and biology.

Lynda Jones

Office Manager

Lynda is Matt's wife and was a teacher for 25 years.  When the business got too big for one man to do all the book work and accounting, we asked her to come and help.  It was hard for her to quit because she loved her job but she realized the needs and the potential gain in efficiency and free time for her and her husband.  We are very thankful for Lynda.

Kyle Jones

Designer/Tech

Kyle is Matt's son and does most of the work that the "old folks" don't understand AKA tech stuff, such as website and graphic design.  He also does all of the in house design.  While he will design any type of house a client desires, he specializes in modern and contemporary design.

Preston Kristof

On Site

Preston has been with the company for two years now and was hired to take some load off of Matt.  There are always meticulous things that need to be done on homes that Matt would do himself, but as the business grew, he no longer had time for them.  Preston excels at this and also has taken some load off of supervising for us as well.
